GOLDEN ROD SPORTFISHING
 Golden Rod Sport fishing is a company dedicated to a sport fishing as the name shows and also offers a variety of tours from the area of Jaco and surroundings as canopy, watch crocodiles, ATV, motorcycles, trip to the Manuel Antonio National Park, Turtle Island, Carara National Park. Golden Rod Sport fishing is connected with the Tangeri Hotel & Villas, which is located in Jaco downtown.
We have our own boat a 28´bertram, fully equipment, with all the stuff you need to enjoy a beautiful day of fishing; the maximum capacity is four people, we have a captain and a sailor with great experience both in short as off short fishing, also we have access to a small or bigger boats than ours, depends on our customer needs.
Rates:
Golden Rod: 28 Bertram, Shimano equipment, capacity 4 people, includes water, beers, soft drinks, fruits, sandwiches and dessert.

SPORTFISHING AT THE CENTRAL PACIFIC
 The Central Pacifica area in Costa Rica has one of the best places for sportfishing of Central America; you can fish in short where you find species as rooster fish, brown fish, macarela and off short where you can enjoy fishing “marlin”, wahoo, yellow tuna, sailfish and golden.
The fish season goes from November until August but the best months to practice this sport is between November and March.
The best points for fishing are located between 20 and 35 nautical miles or approximately one hour away from the Los Suenos Marine in Herradura, the place from where our boat called Golden Rod leave.
